Shipping & Returns

We recommend that you check your order upon receipt to make sure your package does not have any obvious defects (e.g. it is not damaged, it’s the right product, etc.). This check is not mandatory and failure to do it does not  restrict your rights. Before you send back any return, you must first contact us via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the products.  We will establish the cause of the problem

Orders made before 5:00 p.m.(Greek time zone) every day will be shipped the next day. Orders made on our online shop on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. The order status, tracking number and transfer details will be sent to you by email in real time. Our products are shipped in Greece.

Shop.benjaminorphans.com will supply you with the conditions and ways to return non-defective products, as well as the cost of transport.

Return policy

• The date of receipt of your order to the date of contact for refund should   not exceed 5 calendar days.
•  The package should be in its original (default) state.
•  If the product is defective, send it back at our expense and after checking the product we will send you a similar product without any extra cost to you.
•  If for any reason you do not like or you decided you did not want to buy something, you can send it back at your cost and after we  make sure the order is not defective you will receive a credit toward buying something else of equal or greater value.
•  Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them. They should be in the original packaging and sent back properly packaged so that it will not be damaged upon return.
• The merchandise should not show any signs of being tampered with.
•  Please complete and return all the necessary return forms that accompany the product.
•  Please also return the invoice or receipt  (which you will have no use for).
• If any of the above conditions are not met, then the return is canceled and you will be charged with the shipping costs.

Return Process
The refund process will be completed within a period of  5 business days from the day we received the return of the goods. Change in this timeframe is possible only by agreement with you and once you have chosen a settlement which requires more time (eg repair of goods).
 

Cost Refund
Our e-shop will bear the cost of returning the goods unless:

1.  We received your return later than specified (except for Acts of God -such as bad weather, strikes, earthquakes).

2. Your return was delivered damaged or defective.

3. It does not have the features presented in our online store.

In these cases the cost of return will be charged you.
 

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the process of market integration before any financial commitment and depends on the total weight. Please consider this: In some remote areas in Greece (areas with the remote station service or courier villages with difficult access) delivery may be impossible or be characterized as remote/inaccessible. The nationwide consignment areas not designated remote/ inaccessible will collaborate with our store courier. In such cases orders will be shipped with receipt of the parcel from you in the nearest desk by working with our store courier in your area. You will be informed by e-mail or telephone.

The responsibility for possible damage of product during transport is with the customer. If the box appears damaged, do not sign for the proper receipt, but seek redress from the carrier.
In each case, the shipping department of Shop.benjaminorphans.com will contact you to confirm your order and to notify you of the cost of transfer (assignment) in your headquarters. The minimum shipment cost amounts to 2.85 euro per order in Katerini, if not more than 2 pounds and does not contain the service delivery. For each additional pound the cost will amounts to 0.50 €. Charges for shipments to non-accessible remote/inaccessible areas in mainland Greece are respectively 4.96 € (up to 2 kg) and for every extra pound costs 1.24 €. The above prices include 24% VAT.

Delivery Order
The orders you make from our online store are sent via the transport company that we work with to the place in which you have indicated, in a period of 1 to 6 business days from the date of the order. Deliveries from the shipping company will be sent out every day except Saturday and Sunday. If the event of force majeure (such as bad weather, strikes) and the company cannot complete delivery of your order within the specified period, for which we are committed, we will contact you to inform you and you can tell us whether you wish to complete your order.

Applicable law

The above terms and conditions for use of the website, as well as any amendment, change or alteration are governed and supplemented by the Greek law, the European Union law and International treaties. Any provision of these terms that is contrary to the law ceases to apply and is removed, but in no way affects the validity of the remaining terms. This constitutes the entire agreement between the website and the visitor/user of the pages and services and is only binding to each party. No modification of these terms will be taken into account and be a part of this agreement, unless expressed in writing and incorporated herein.

By submitting your order, you automatically accept all these terms. Otherwise you should not enter an order without first contacting us.
